1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Bloomwise Club platform at bloomwiseclub.com, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wicked RC LLC d/b/a Bloomwise Club ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
2. About Bloomwise Club
Bloomwise Club is an online platform designed to help women re-enter the workforce or advance their careers after a period of leave. We provide tools to build professional profiles, develop skills, build confidence, and prepare materials such as resumes. Our platform is operated by Wicked RC LLC d/b/a Bloomwise Club, a Massachusetts limited liability company.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Bloomwise Club platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bloomwiseclub.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent, and you may not share your account credentials with any third party.
5. Subscription and Billing
Free Access (Stage 1)
Stage 1 of the Bloomwise Club platform is available to all registered users at no charge. This includes the initial onboarding and profile-building steps.
Paid Subscription
Full access to Bloomwise Club courses and features beyond Stage 1 requires a paid subscription at $49.99 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
Auto-Renewal
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH MONTH AT $49.99 UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING DATE. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price change to your registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@bloomwiseclub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features through the end of the period for which you have already paid.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund of your most recent subscription payment if requested within 30 days of the charge, no questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted to support@bloomwiseclub.com. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. After 30 days, subscription charges are non-refundable.
8. Platform Content and User Data
All course content, materials, and tools provided on the Bloomwise Club platform are the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this content for personal use only.
Profile information, work history, and resume content you create on the platform remain your property. You grant us a limited license to store and display this information as necessary to provide the service.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform

Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorization

Upload or transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content

Impersonate any person or entity

Violate the rights of any other user
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES, JOB PLACEMENT, OR ANY PARTICULAR CAREER RESULT FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WICKED RC LLC D/B/A BLOOMWISE CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
