This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Bloomwise Club platform operated by Wicked RC LLC d/b/a Bloomwise Club. By using the platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Uses

The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals seeking to re-enter the workforce or develop professional skills. Permitted uses include:

  • Creating and managing your personal professional profile

  • Completing courses and skill-building modules

  • Generating and downloading your own resume materials

  • Engaging with platform features for your personal career development

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law or regulation

  • Impersonate another person or create a false identity

  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform

  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any platform content or features

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation

  • Collect or harvest other users' personal information without consent

4. User-Generated Content

Any content you submit to the platform, including profile information and resume materials, must be truthful, accurate, and not violate any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you provide.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Consequences for violations may include:

  • A formal warning

  • Temporary suspension of your account

  • Permanent termination of your account without refund

  • Referral to law enforcement where appropriate
