1. Purpose

This Data Usage Policy describes how Wicked RC LLC d/b/a Bloomwise Club collects, processes, stores, and uses data in connection with the Bloomwise Club platform at bloomwiseclub.com.

2. Data We Collect and Why

Account Data

Name and email address collected at registration. Used to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, and send service communications.

Profile and Career Data

Work history, skills, education, and career goals you enter into the platform. Used to generate your professional profile, power our skill-matching tools, and personalize your course recommendations. This data is yours — you own it and may export or delete it at any time.

Payment Data

Billing information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive only a transaction confirmation and limited payment metadata (last 4 digits, card type). We do not store full card numbers.

Usage Data

Interaction data such as pages viewed, features used, and time spent on the platform. Used in aggregate to improve platform design and course content.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United States. We employ encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where applicable. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

4. Data Ownership

All profile content, work history, and resume materials you create through the platform remain your property. We do not claim ownership over your personal career data. You may export your data or request deletion at any time by contacting support@bloomwiseclub.com.

5. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect sensitive personal categories of data such as health information, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or biometric data. We do not collect data from users under 18 years of age.

6. Data Deletion

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 additional days before full removal. We may retain limited records as required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

7. Third-Party Data Processors

We work with the following categories of third-party data processors:

  • Payment processing (Stripe)

  • Email delivery services

  • Analytics and platform monitoring services

All processors are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our data processing agreements.
