1. Our Intellectual Property
All content on the Bloomwise Club platform, including but not limited to course materials, lesson content, videos, graphics, icons, text, logos, branding, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Wicked RC LLC d/b/a Bloomwise Club or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. License to Users
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use platform content strictly for your personal, non-commercial career development purposes. This license does not grant you any right to:

3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create through the platform, including your professional profile, resume materials, and career history data. By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not use your personal content for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
4. Trademarks
"Bloomwise Club" and associated logos are trademarks of Wicked RC LLC d/b/a Bloomwise Club. You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names without our prior written permission.
5. Infringement Claims (DMCA)
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to support@bloomwiseclub.com with the following information:

6. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
